Neuromuscular Therapy - Theory and Treatment of the Rotator Cuff

Come and discover the effectiveness of NMT through exploration of the complex rotator cuff. The morning will include anatomy, physiology, and corrective patterns of the rotator cuff muscles. The afternoon is a full treatment application of the rotator muscles. Neuromuscular Therapy is a comprehensive program of soft tissue manipulation techniques that balance the central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. Clients who suffer from acute to chronic pain resulting from occupational, sports and/or automobile injuries can greatly benefit from receiving NMT treatments.

Postural Assessment and Myofascial Mobilization of the Hip

Do you have clients who have chronic low back and hip pain? In this workshop, we will explore the complex iliopsoas, quadratus lumborum, and piriformis muscles. This workshop is focused on the myology of the region, in order to use regional postural assessment to help distinguish which set of muscles are dysfunctional. The second half of the workshop will center on specific Myofascial Mobilization treatment techniques of the region.
