Our Muscular Wellness Treatment Center (Concord, New Hampshire) focuses on restoring the body back to its optimal function/performance. Our clientele range from top athletes to nine-to-five workers with overuse injuries.
Are you an athlete in training?
Do you never seem to stay injury-free, have you just suffered your first injury, or are you looking for an edge over the competition?
We have top runners, tri-athletes, cyclists, baseball players, and semi-pro football players utilizing our proven treatment methods for keeping their Myofascial Tissue (muscle / connective tissue) elongated and functioning to its optimum potential.
Do you suffer from pain or poor posture/movement of the body?
You don't need to be an athlete for your body to feel the need for Soft Tissue Manipulation. Most of our clients are ones who have suffered a trauma to their body. It may have been a motor vehicle accident, a slip on the ice with a twist of the ankle, a repetitive strain injury or just the effect of gravity throwing your body off of its center = poor posture (See Structural Integration).

- Do I exercise regularly and want greater muscle health?
- Have I been in a lot of accidents or had my fair share of injury?

The Soft Tissue Manipulation Techniques (Structural Integration, Myofascial Release and NMT) are very specific to fascial (connective tissue) and musculoskeletal dysfunctions that are exhibited by most people.
In addition, we assist in the prevention of soft tissue injury and the maintenance of the overall wellness of an individual's Neuro-Musculoskeletal System (Nervous, Muscle, Skeletal, Connective Tissue).
Most individuals never think of their own bodies as needing maintenance, but the human body is the most finally constructed machinery you will ever run across, and it also needs tune-ups much the same as our car needs quarterly maintenance visits.
Most clients and patients call our Soft Tissue Manipulation Techniques unique and extremely therapeutic compared to many other therapies.
The Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques focus on elongating adhesed / shortened tissue, and adding strength and support to the over-stretched myofascial tissue.
