The Muscular Wellness Institute (MWI) is a place for healing and education. We serve as complimentary care providers working alongside traditional health providers.
Our Treatment Center - We often work with athletes and individuals requiring injury rehabilitation or just maintenance to prevent injury. Clients who suffer from acute or chronic pain resulting from injuries will greatly benefit from receiving our Structural Integration or Myofascial Release/ Mobilization technique.
Our Continuing Education Center provides advanced training in manual soft tissue manipulation techniques for massage therapists, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists and more. MWI offers an opportunity for in-depth training in Manual Soft Tissue Manipulation therapies. The classes range from 1-day workshops to certifications in Myofascial Mobilization and Neuromuscular Therapy.

Jeff Mahadeen, owner, has thousands of hours of training in the field of manual soft tissue manipulation and has been extensively trained in Structural Integration, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Sports Massage techniques.
His understanding of the body mechanics and the impact they have on muscular conditions has made for successful work with chiropractors, orthopedists, and physical therapists throughout his career.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a system of soft tissue manipulation that balances the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. NMT enhances the function of the joints, muscles and biomechanics throughout the body.
Myofascial Release is a highly interactive stretching technique of the fascia and muscles of the body.
Structural Integration is designed to restore the body to its natural state of alignment. (more ...)Structural Integration (cont ...)
This is achieved through soft tissue manipulation, movement education, and stretching.
The goal is to restore the body back to a better balance with gravity and increase overall flexibility and ease of movement.
